Luxevo Vacations is committed to bringing you the best prices, every day, for every vacation! We always offer the lowest prices available through our travel suppliers. However, if you find your destination and travel dates anywhere else for less than the quote we provide you with, we will gladly match that price to ensure you truly get the best deal and the best personalized service out there.

If prior to or within 24 hours of booking with us you find your vacation at a lower price on another travel website, we will work with our supplier in attempts to adjust your booking to match the lower rate. Here’s how it works:

Price Match Process

Take a screenshot of the competitor website showing all vacation package components (airline and full flight schedule, resort and room category, transportation, number of guests including child ages, and travel dates) and pricing (total price, taxes, fees, service charges, and inclusions).

Send an email to travel@luxevovacations.com with the screenshot, TSA information of all passengers (full legal names as shown on passports, birthdates, and genders) and a phone number for your main point of contact.

Our staff will verify the pricing and availability both on our site and the competitor site. Once confirmed, we will create a reservation for you with the exact details provided in the screenshot.

One of our agents will contact you to gather payment to fully confirm the reservation. That’s it!

In rare cases where we are not able to fully match a package you submit, we will offer you our best available rate, but even if you choose to book elsewhere, we will give you a $100 voucher to use toward a future vacation with us!
